I’m anxious to see this form!! We just moved from Indiana where we are only required to track days of attendence. Tracking subjects and hours is all new to me so it’s nice to see someone has gone to all this effort and is willing to make it available. (My son is only 6 so I understand the tracking isn’t required until next year but it will be good to practice and see just how many hours we cover).
